why each person must learn english or master in that subject?

I don't know why
it doesn't matter hard to try
keep die.
when think it again and again, I should master in this typically subject 
because this language is important in my entire life especially for my future job and 
like i say english language such SI language (not SI unit) among the people around 
the world.In the other hand,whenever I walking to urban area especially in KL or
maybe the place that most tourist visited,they will speak and talk in english.And 
sometimes if you're a lucky person,they will asking you some questions within maybe
a junction or 'where the kl tower situated' and other question that will trap you in such 
that situation if you are not really know how to speak in english or maybe you know 
write an essay only on examination sheets paper but you don't know how to use it in 
a conversation.I remember Petronas advertisement about a group of student had been asked
about a direction  by a ladies tourist 'how to go to the national monument ?'she asked and
then one of them answered it 'you go straight and don't belok-belok.' I only laughed  the 
advertisement just because of the poor  joke.You know that advertisement wanted to show us the
weakness of Malays in english language.It admonished and encouraged us to learn
english with full of our heart.

Like Faiz said 'learn English,love English and then score in English.
